Who can I email with questions?

How long will my bakery order take?

A

 We are a small artisanal baker. We make small batches in a 7qt or 15qt mixer in a single oven. Typically orders are ready in three business days. You will be contacted immediately if there are any issues or question. Feel free to call or email us.

Are there Gluten Free Options?

A

A number of our catering items are Gluten Free. Cheesecakes are Gluten Free if ordered with a nut crust. We work carefully, however, items are manufactured in a facility that also produces products that contain Gluten

Are your Vegetarian or Vegan friendly?

A

A number of our catering options are vegan or vegetarian. Baked Goods can be ordered made with Imperial Margarine in place of butter. Vegetarian / Vegan whipped toppings and icings are also available. Bob’s Red Mill Egg Replacer can be used in place of shell eggs. Please inquire about pricing and lead time.
